Ward Atelier is a modest fashion house based in the United Kingdom. These terms apply between you and Ward Atelier when you visit wardatelier.com or place an order. By using the site, you accept them.

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email; a contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is out of stock, if a price has been listed in error, or if we suspect fraud.

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK VAT. Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. If a price is clearly incorrect, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping will be available in the future. Delivery times are estimates. Full detail is on our Shipping page.

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in original condition with tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please see our Returns policy for full details, including items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

We photograph every piece with care, but colours and fabrics may appear slightly different on your screen. Sizes are guides — please refer to our Size Guide.

All content on wardatelier.com — imagery, copy, the Ward Atelier name and monogram — belongs to Ward Atelier and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the items in that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
