Privacy Policy

Your trust is the foundation of our House. This notice explains what we collect, why, and the care we take with your information.

Last updated: January 2026

Who we are

Ward Atelier ("we", "our", "us") is a modest fashion house based in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal information we collect through wardatelier.com. Reach us any time at support.wardatalier@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us (name, email, delivery address, phone).
  • Order details and payment confirmations (payment cards are handled by Stripe — we never see the card number).
  • Account information if you choose to create one.
  • Newsletter email address if you join The Ward Atelier Circle.
  • Basic analytics on how the site is used, so we can improve the experience.

How we use it

  • To fulfil, ship and support your orders.
  • To send order confirmations, dispatch and tracking notices.
  • To send occasional collection updates — only if you have opted in.
  • To keep the site secure and running properly.
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only the minimum needed with the partners who help us run the House: Stripe (payments), our email and delivery providers, and our secure hosting and database platform. Each is bound by strict data-processing terms. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as UK tax and consumer law requires (typically six years). Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept while your account is active, and deleted on request.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent, or object to certain uses. Write to support.wardatalier@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep your bag, sign-in and preferences working, and to understand how the site is used. You can manage this at any time from our cookie banner or in your browser. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Changes to this policy

We may update this notice as the House evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
