Where we ship
Ward Atelier currently ships within the United Kingdom only. International shipping will be available in the future — join our Private Circle to be the first to know.
Order Processing
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is on its way, along with a tracking link.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
United Kingdom
- Standard (3–5 working days): £4.95 — complimentary on orders over £75.
- Express (1–2 working days): £8.95, order before 12pm.
Actual shipping is charged at checkout based on your basket total.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel leaves us. If you haven't received it within 3 working days of ordering, please check your junk folder or reach out — we're happy to resend it.
